Your First Visit to Our Silver Spring Location

When you join us for your first visit, you'll find that our office is designed for your comfort. Our space is decorated with calming blue and neutral colors to put your mind at ease. We always have a movie playing in our waiting area, video games to keep your kids entertained, and complimentary refreshments and juices in the summer.

Our office is next to Whole Foods and near the downtown movie theater.

Set Up an Appointment

Call our Silver Spring office or complete a consultation form to start the process. During this initial call, our dental team will collect information about you, including the best phone number to reach you. Our practice is digital, so information like forms will be sent via text, call, or email.

Fill Out Welcome Forms

After setting up your first appointment, our dental team will text you a welcome form. You can complete this form online before your first visit or in person on the day of your appointment.

Provide ID and Insurance Information

Our office is in a shared building, and parking spots with meters are right outside our office for you to use. When checking in with our friendly office staff, we'll take copies of your ID and insurance card for future reference.

Take Complimentary X-Rays and Photos

We always take X-rays and photos of our first-time patients. These digital X-rays and photos are free and help our orthodontist design a treatment plan and track your smile progression throughout your dental care.

Discuss Your Treatment Plan

Dr. Stuart A. Scott, our orthodontist, will identify your treatment options right away and provides you with a written treatment summary.

Discuss the Cost of Treatment

Our treatment coordinator will discuss the overall cost of your treatment, factoring in dental coverage from your insurance provider and informing you of financing options.

We accept financing through CareCredit® and LendingClub to help make the cost of treatment accessible for all types of budgets. These monthly financing plans feature low-interest and even no-interest options.
